Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original ÉCLAT box and include the printed return authorization slip to ensure faster processing.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
